bluez-tools software package provides Set of tools to manage Bluetooth devices for linux, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install bluez-tools
bluez-tools is installed in your system.
Make ensure the bluez-tools package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep bluez-tools *
You will get with bluez-tools package name, version, architecture and description in a table
